Can't move the from this 242 range. Eating habits are inconsistent. Its July 23rd and I have worked out 10 times so far this month. I have to accomplish 12-16 effective workouts each month. I understand what needs to be done. I see and crave the rewards of a healthy weight. I must focus on a new routine to get the desired results.
241.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

You are so right...consistency is the key with both diet and exercise! Just concentrate on craving the rewards you mentioned and make yourself the top priority. You can do this!
