Gm day 2 of weight loss journey and I feel ok so far. Just ate breakfast which consisted of oatmeal (plain) with fresh blueberries and raisins added inside. I walked around in my office a few times just to kind of get the blood flowing and to stay kind of active while at work. I get off of work at 2:30pm so i plan on going to the gym when i get off and at least doing an hour of cardio. Wish me well family
