I was 185 on 4/10 and now I am down 5lbs. I've been on the 5:2 diet for 6weeks now. Its been rough but the weight is coming off. Slowly but definitely so I am sticking with it.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
