Ive been sick these past few days and today I havent had much of an appetite. Today I went home after work and fell asleep. I woke up starved, of course, and had a huge plate of scrambled eggs and cream cheese with some ham. Was it worth it? Totally. Do I feel better? Definitely. I could have eased up on the amount of eggs but my stomach and mind are happy. I like this no carb thing. Normally I might have prepared a ramen noodle and would be hating myself right now. Still feeling a bit under the weather, but tomorrow is a new day.
