Stuck in a rut again.... I am sure the scale will show it too...
Hopefully i can get out tonight for a walk and at lunch too.
the rest of the week looks horrible for the weather.
3 months until vacation and i know i wont make my goal now. but that is fine i still need to get down... 5 lbs a month would get me close to my goal. if i could loose 17lbs that would be better!
Well I am always up for a challange!
