Totally un prepared for today. I had a muffin for breakfast and soup for lunch. I cant go for a walk at lunch because the crazy geese are attacking people all over our parking lot! We are going to have to find an alternative route! I did a quick weigh in this moring and i gained a pound. Considering i have not been keeping up to date on FS or journaling i am ok with that pound! I will weigh in again on Friday and go from there! 3 months until vacation!!! I have to get my ASS in gear!!!!
