Arrevanthas's Journal, 27 April 2014

Okay...so last week...though it was no excuse, I was under a lot of stress...I am just glad that I didn't gain any more than what I did. This week, (including today) I am going to be starting up working out and such to help with my weight loss. I figure all those lovely feel good endorphins that are released will help me stay positive through this whole ordeal.

So basically, here is what has happened. I have two cars...and the bf ruined both. One's transmission needs to be replaced. The other, he ruined the suspension. The latter goes in on the 8th to have the suspension all looked at, accessed and hopefully fixed. I have two kids where one goes to school, a part time job, he had a full time job and yeah...no car. Doesn't help that he commutes. We tried to get a rental car but...my credit is bad and his credit card wouldn't go through even though it is paid off. Just...very frustrating and I need to go food shopping and just...ugh. So yeah...these next few weeks are going to be extremely trying but I will somehow push through. I have to...and I am going to remain positive and lose this extra weight!

Now...lets try this Daily summary bit again and keep it up this time! ><

Day 1 Summary
*Oil Pulling: I still find myself gagging when I first put the coconut oil in my mouth but it is slowly getting easier. I have noticed some improvement in my gums which I am happy about. My teeth are also getting whiter which is a pleasant after effect.

*MIF-Cardio/Strength/Yoga (another source): As promised, I started up today because oddly, for me, Sunday is the beginning of my week. It was hard but I pushed through. I am proud that I did though since I overate a bit.
-MIF-Cardio/Strength: I have most of the routine to this down now so it makes things a lot easier. It is very tiring but that is because I need to build my stamina back up. I really like how these pregnancy workouts (No I am not pregnant) work your back though. I am hoping that once I build up my back, I won't get back pain from just sweeping.
-PM Yoga: I had started this...it was pretty nice doing some grounding and centering work...and then the DVD messed up. So now I have to look and see if my other PM Yoga works. But hey...I accomplished a goal of doing yoga twice, even if the last time it was only 7 minutes worth lol!

*Abs Challenge: N/A

*Steps Taken (Goal-5000): 6437 (Since both of my cars are down, I can get more walking in at least!)

*# Cups of Water (Goal-8 cups): 9

you can do it….. I am an emotional eater. When anything is going on I have to snack my way through it. Lately, the only thing that has helped me are my constant reminders. Trust me, those constant reminders come like contractions 5 minutes apart. lol Anyways, take it one day at a time or one hour at a time if you have to. I am hoping the very best for you.
