Oooh I've been bad. Easter...I went a little overboard...not too much it still happened. And the day after was my sister's b-day and we went out to eat. I was going to get a salad or something but I caved in. I am still soda free though! I am not kicking myself even though today was an off day as well. Tomorrow I am going to pick myself up and start over! I am still very much positive and optimistic that I will achieve my goals, just small steps like I keep telling myself. This biggest step was getting rid of soda...next...damn near fully purged the house of the bad food so I can buy healthy. I am not beating myself over my downfall because hey, not only does it happen to everyone but it's not worth putting extra stress on myself. :)
