Craving red meat, so I brought 2 8 oz top sirloins to work with me today, going to be 300 cals over my daily goal, but I'm not eating any unnecessary carbs, so it wont matter. Intense shoulders and calves workout planned for later, so I'll still be at a decent deficit. Sometimes we just need to feed those cravings, but do it smartly.

Could it just be a craving for protein. I have it all the time when I do big workouts.

I get plenty of protein daily...I'm guessing its probably a craving for fat, due to my lower carb diet that I am currently on.

I never think of red meat as a craving. :) Man you're rocking the weight loss. Great consistency. CR! Such a suggestion. I no longer fear dietary fat. It's my play thing. I don't do the pork rind thing though. Too much fiber. Birch bark. That's the ticket.

I'm excited, When I hit 170 I will finally see my 12 week bulk 'results'. I will be absolutely taking a photo and posting it side-by-side with my pre-bulk 170 photo, and I already know there will be quite a difference, because I am leaner now at 174 than I was at 170 the first time.

Chad... looking forward to seeing the results. I have no before photos. Wouldn't take them. Just recently began doing photos. NM... adding birch bark to my list of "fibers" to get. :~)

CR, My first photo at 204 lbs was taken by my wife, she made me do it, and I'm glad she did. I look at that photo and am in complete amazement with how much my body has changed since then. I havent taken a photo in quite a while so the one that I take when I hit 170 for the second time should be interesting...
