I think what helped effect my weigh in today is that I am wearing shorts no instead of jeans I am sure that cut at least a pound off of my scale reading.

one thing I realized and the tip of the day is that fruits and vegetables are water heavy where as meats are protein heavy. fruits and vegetables once digested have minimal weight and all the water you can just pee out. Meat on the other hand after you digest it stays in your system for a day or two making you weigh heavier on the scale for longer than you would consuming water laden fruits and vegetables.

I am not saying to cut out the protein because it is very important for our muscles and the functioning of our bodies, however if you are on a low calorie diet and are looking to lose weight more quickly than a 1/2 pound a week and you are worried about a low protein intake, maybe you should take a protein powder also. protein powders do have some calories in them however they don't have the immediate or longer term weight gain that consuming a lot of meat would give you.
