I guess minor fluctuations in weight are a given doue to amount of water drank during the day, when you weigh yourself and inaccuracy of the typical scale that you weigh yourself on. You just have to remember to compare your weight over a weeks or a months time and not on a daily basis to see the long term change.

1 thing that I found out that works really well for me is dill pickles (not sweet pickles). Granted they may not be for everybody however if you look at the calorie content they are mostly water and contain almost no calories. They also make a great snack that can help hold you over till your next meal. Just remember that sweet pickles have a lot more calories so try to avoud those.
