Easter was great, we celebrated my son's 21st birthday so we had a blast eating whatever, however we wanted. So today it's back to work. Going back to the induction phase, already messed up by having too many carbs but I will be more focused for the rest of the day and through the next month. I don't intend on having another cheat day until May sometime, but I hope to get back on track with losing by calculating my net carbs daily. Wish me luck!
193.7 lb Lost so far: 50.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
