Easter Monday. Back on the straight and narrow. Still wrestling with insulin's effects. Am reducing insulin intake which is a huge deal. This morning's reading was 99, which was great! Today, I am combining certain herbs,minerals, a diabetic sugar-blocking supplement, extra water and aloe vera juice with my low carb diet to handle the sugar spikes that occur when my body pulls glucose out of my glycogen stores. If this works, then I may be able to go off insulin for good, which will speed weight loss!!
