Friday April 11- Special day. Attended a funeral for a special person and went off my regimen in a spectacular way. Will be extra lean tomorrow and the rest of the week until the Triduum: Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Holy Saturday plus Easter Sunday. This is after keeping to a low carb regimen for 2.5 weeks solid. Easter Monday, I will resume my normal activities.
