looks like i am going to go over my calorie limit today, I did yesterday too. I finishe lunch and am at 840 calories---it is the olive oil on the salad-----------I know they say salads are fattning. I will have to really cutback for the rest of the day----it is almost 3:00 now. I am headed to the gym to burn off some of the calories. I know people say that 1200 calories is low, but I cant lose on more than that.Infact I lose slow on 1200. I figured my BMR and it is only 1441. Sure is fun being old :-) and short!

Well you can measure out your olive oil if it will help. But studies show olive oil actually helps fight obesity. It's a great "fat" to have in our diet, lol!
