Well Tomorrow is Easter! Can't wait. I have decided to take what I am going to eat, because I don't want what they are serving--I am dieting (changing my life). I have stayed on track for several weeks and no point veering off course now to please someone that I am not that wild about! A neighbor brought over some candy yesterday and boy it looked good----Too good to toss out. I had to ask myself, do I want to be able to walk up the hill, get in the car, move comfortably or eat candy. I froze the stuff and will give put it out at Charistmas, then I can have one piece, not the whole box.

Great job! I feel that way as well. I've never LOVED candy, but I eat it sometimes when it's around without even really thinking about it. Now, I mindfully notice its presence and choose not to eat it. I pick one item, like Jelly Bellies, and measure out exactly 10. That costs me 40 calories and I can live with that. Being able to walk and move comfortably as you put it is worth it!
