So after checking in yesterday with the scale and the weight gain from my trip I jumped on this morning and I was down 2 pounds. yes! Got a good workout in today and had my own food so hoping tomorrow is down again.

I signed up for a 10K so I met my friend I am going with and we jogged for 30 minutes (all the time would allow for her). It's so nice to jog with someone. I doesn't make it seem so long.

It sure does. My friend is training for a 5 right now but I don't dare try to jog or anything right now or I would so be out there with her. I am at the point where my little girl is putting a lot of pressure on my pelvic bone. All worth it in the end though! Have you ever done a 10K?

Running alone can be very hard in terms of motivation :P, especially if the weather doesn't help (wind, cold etc)

I haven't done a 10K but last September I ran and 8.2 mile trail run which is longer than a 10K so I know that I will be fine.

10k is a lot! There is no way I would be able to run that distance in one go right now :)
