Today I was very good. I have made a lot of changes in my diet. I changed to olive oil mayo,cut out lattes, and bad snack food. I still can't give up diet soda completly. I did two body sculpting classes this week. it was really hard today. I like doing the 8 hour diet. I am on day two. I have hope tommorow is easyer.
