I did back to back classes today one heavy lifting and then bootcamp! ... whew i was feeling like a rock star HAHA now Im starting to feel like an old lady omg. Everything hurts and its awesome! :) I managed to do something i thought id never be able to do either, one leg squats and pushups! Then I noticed my hip flexors dont kill me anymore either! Progess is an amazing feeling!
