Home Sweet Home:). There truly is no place like home, and even after the wonderful time with my Mom, it feels good to be back. The trip went well, flight was on time & DH waiting for me at the airport & DS and my pets when I got home. And while it's still a work-in-progress, my eating was the best yet upon traveling home -- some overeating beyond "just right" fullness but within my course gluten, lactose & sugar free, and mostly mindfully. So, I'm one happy girl having a good day already & more good planned.

I went to one of my fav workouts this morning -- HIIT (high intensity interval training), and have a mani/pedi & my therapist appt this afternoon. I'm easing back to normal life slowly, but back to work tomorrow. So, before I get any further along in my day, I'll pray --

God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
Taking, as He did, this sinful world
as it is, not as I would have it;
Trusting that He will make all things right
if I surrender to His Will;
That I may be reasonably happy in this life
and supremely happy with Him
Forever in the next.
Amen.

And again throughout this one day and each one meal, moment, bite, thought & emotion, I'll pray, breathe, log, journal & express my way. I'm so very happy for each of awesome you, my family & IRL friends, a great visit with my Mom, family & friends in Cincy, and being home again with the health & wealth to live this life I love! xoxox
