Needing to constantly remind myself to claim the victory, not the temptation. Need to add veggies and fruits to replace the crap! Lean on God, not self.

Yes, yes! Just be careful with the really gassy ones like broccoli and cabbage. Grapefruit is a good fruit choice. Sugar-free jello a nice snack/dessert. You go! :-)
