Good morning! Very tired today, happy it's Friday. Not too much new today after all of the excitement yesterday.

Speaking of yesterday, it was ridiculously cold, snowy and windy so I opted for a kettle bell workout in the comfort of my living room instead of a trip to the gym in yoga pants lol. Not as sore today as I thought I would be, a sure sign of progress. Today I will be going to the gym, alone as 'buddy' has already cancelled. Hoping the treadmill of my preference will be available for my 5k'ing pleasure.

Also need to keep on with the math studies. I'm feeling a lot more confident now but the key to retaining that information is repetition so I keep practicing every day. Monday is the day!

I started alone, so going without is no biggie. I've been through two workout buddies... apparently I'm working them too hard. lol

My fingers are crossed that you get your treadmill and as far as the work out buddy well I know how that goes. I've gotten so much better about going to the gym even with the anxiety I used to have but now I'm feeling much better about myself that the only buddy I need is Thor. I can go to the gym no problem without anyone. I do hope that this Winter that has blanketed so much of the country ends soon. Here we have had 3 days in a row of beautiful weather. I'd like to share it, makes me feel so good to see the sunshine. Today as I look out the window it is foggy which for me means another nice day as once the fog lifts there will be sunshine. I hope you have a wonderful day :)

Hey guys :-) my prefered treadmill was available and I shaved nine minutes off of my initial 5k time, hooray!! Thank you Lynn, it feels great!! You are truly doing great Bea, amd I always think of you when Im in the gym alone. I have sunshine for now but its supposed to be a real crummy weekend. Heres hoping spring will find its way to Ohio sooner rather than later.

Welcome to Monday - hope you had a great weekend. I am glad you recognize the 'no pain, no gain' is a myth. Some people think 'if it didn't hurt, I didn't do enough.' I'm definitely not in that camp.
