So I have been using the Kinect most days for exercise, although occasionally if I am in the drive-thru at work, I have been using our little portable elliptical for 30 minutes whenever I have time. So that I have more time to relax with my hubby in the evenings. It has been going really good, but the last few days I have been having food cravings. Been ignoring them pretty ok, though. It is worst when I am away from home. When I am home I am pretty much fine making dinner and recording things. I had a bit of a challenge sticking to my vow to record everything this week as I had a couple new meals to enter that were fairly complicated on the ingredients, but I entered them and I am doing ok now!

I have rested from doing the Kinect for a couple days because I was REALLY sore and I was getting frustrated because my weight was not going down. After a couple days of hiatus and careful calorie tracking however, my weight is down 3 lbs! I will get back to using Kinect tomorrow, but I am excited to be back into the 160s again! Hooray! 169 is getting much closer to my goal and my clothes are fitting much looser. I know I am getting more fit! On the right track!
