Winter came. Snow and ice changed my walking habit. I let my strength exercises go the way of the dust. I stopped watching my eating. I gained back weight.

I am repenting and striving to get back into better health again. I have begun strength exercises again and watching how much/what kind of calories I eat.

I will begin walking three times a week for 1/2 hour a day as soon as my cold is better.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
