Interesting article I found --> TIME: Why Exercise Won't Make You Thin
I agree! It is hard to take but true. Food is a huge deal. As long as the calories are low, the weight will go. Of course, making sure that the calories are benefiting our bodies rather than just filling them, will make us feel way better throughout the day. Cool

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh in almost daily. I record my weight once a week. I take my measurements once a month. This keeps me on track. Measuring helps me see that I am making all-around progress.

10 Must Do's to Lose Weight (Dr. Oz)
Some people, like those with colon issues, have periods of time, sometimes weeks, that they cannot eat anything with more than about a gram of fiber. White bread is all they get. Many still keep their weight down. I am overweight and my husband is not. He has colon issues, I do not. I eat the whole grains.
I have to say, I disagree with some of the information provided as well.
