Yea, it looks like you are going up and down the same few pounds. Are tracking all your food honestly? Are you drinking water? Are you eating too much sodium laden foods (anything processed)? Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? Are you going on and off plan? It can make you go up and down on the scale constantly. Are you being active? Consistency is key with weight loss. Make sure you are getting enough protein and high fiber foods. They keep us satiated longer than any other food groups. And sometimes our bodies are thirsty but we mistake it for hunger. So stay hydrated. Spring is coming. Dig those heals in and get going. You can do this.
