15 days till age 30 physical... and I am obese, weighed in at 236 after vacation today. Goal is to get to 220 by Aug 14th and to 200 by next May.
Im tired, Im stressed, Im hungry. I have to find a new coping mechanism.

The longest journey starts with but a single step. "I can do for today that which would appall me if I had to do it for a lifetime." Take it day by day, minute by minute if you must - but you can do this. I know you can. I remember reading a story about a lady who was so ill with fatigue that she and her husband lived in a pigsty of a house. She finally had enough, and started by cleaning the little table by her chair. Then she moved to the floor near her feet. As she began taking control of her life and moving more, she felt better. Several years later, she and her husband had renovated the kitchen! It is possible, and I know you can do it!
