A new beginning! I have not been feeling well - a killer of a cold - so I'm slowly starting to integrate in some exercise. We have a brand new wellness center on campus which I joined today - it is awesome! I did 15 minutes of cycling and 15 minutes of walking over the noon hour. What a wonderful way to recharge!

Good for you! I bet having a new wellness center is very nice. Hope you are feeling better soon - too bad you were sick over the weekend in Deadwood. Bummer. At least I didn't have to do anything when I got my cold. I get one every winter. It is from being cooped up with all those germs.
