A weigh-in after such a long time!
Well, not so bad, considering it's after breakfast and it's TOM.

I had an accident while climbing about one month ago. Back then, I had pain in my elbow, had a 10 stop from sports and it seemed to be fine.
Then 2 weeks ago I went climbing again, and had pain in my back. I stopped climbing after only 20 minutes. After a couple of days, the pain was too strong...
Weel, I spent one week home, had shots for pain, went to specialized physician and started fisiotherapy hust yesterday.

I will not be able to go climbing for at least another month.
It's a bit frustrating, but all in all I am glad I have no permanent damage on my back bones, and will try to be patient while recovering.
I cannot go dancing and swimming.
Tomorrow I am planning to go to sauna with some friends, at least it's something good for my old lady bones :) (yeah, I am thirty and feeling old... )

What else? I got a phone call from my father yesterday, saying that it seems he does not have colon cancer. The first test he did was positive, the second negative. Next week he's going to have further tests.
I have lost my mum cause of breast cancer three years ago.
The idea my father might have cancer... I cannot even accept it.
I strongly hope the outcome of the first test was a false positive.
But if it was not??
I am really scared.
Trying to think about something else since yesterday evening, but I am not really able to.

I will go out for a slow walk now.

Have a good day fatsecreters!

That's great news about your father and I hope he continues to check out well. I am sorry to hear about the injury though. I hope you find something to keep busy while relaxing and healing. Enjoy time with friends. How is everything with you and your partner?

Hi iamachris! I really hope all the further tests will be negative for my father. Since Friday I am back at work, but after that it's really hard to try to keep myself busy since I used to workout regularly and now I have plenty of time and don't really know what to do. I have been watching tv series borrowed from a friend, and at least I relaxed and passed time while staying home. Everything is fine with my partner! Tonight we have been to a show about mathematics at the local planetarium, it was great! Thanks a lot for you support! :)
