This is my fifth day, I lost two pounds at the beginning of the week, but have stayed at that up to now. I have done my challenge each day and today I walked for forty five minutes. Getting used to the bike now, but it is quite hard on the derriere. At least the exercise has reduced the pain in my hip, which has to be a good thing.
