I am quite disappointed with my weight loss by doing my own diet, I am obviously either eating the wrong things or not getting enough exercise, so I think I shall restart my diet from Sunday and change to weightwatchers, which I did quite well on some time ago.

What are your specific goals Thelma? I had what I consider great success on a challenge I outlined here(MY Ultimate Jump Start)I lost either 5 or 7 lbs, am down from a size 20 to a 16 & it's bagging now, & gained a lot in emotional/mental state of mind :D

I found that things were really slow until I began weighing my food instead of measuring. It made a huge difference.
