Its been a stressful couple of weeks and as a result the weight is coming off. Seems I am forcing myself to get even 20 grams of carbs in a day. Not sure its a good thing when the only light at the end of the tunnel is that I am at least losing weight while everything else seems in ruins....oh well chin up a carry on. Sorry to bring anyone down its just where I am at right now....
