Another cold day in CT with some snow flurries predicted. Only 1-2 inches, which is nothing this winter! I'm feeling great again staying on my course gluten, lactose & sugar aware. DH & I had a nice dinner out last night with friends, & no cravings after :)! Today, I've been to tabata spin class (a hard one, but a personal fav), book work now & mass this afternoon and hopefully snuggling in to watch a movie after.
Weekends can be a challenge for me, but I'm feeling so good, so bring it on! Wishing all of you a wonderful weekend with time for you. So now, I'll start mine in prayer --
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time; Enjoying one moment at a time; Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; Taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His Will; That I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with Him Forever in the next. Amen.
And through this one weekend day and each one meal, moment, bite, thought & emotion, I'll pray, breathe, log, journal & express my way. I'm so grateful for each of you, my family & IRL friends, heat & a gas fireplace to keep me warm (of course you warm my heart too!), being back on track and feeling great, & having the health and wealth to live this life I love! xoxox
