209.2, well hott damn... now we're making progress! Finally under 210, and I can almost taste one-derland. Kind of tastes like success lol. So very proud of myself for not letting temptation get the best of me the last couple days. Over the holidays I made a habit of giving into those carb monster cravings, but no more. "Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of carbohydrates, I shall fear no cookies. For I am the baddest mother trucking loser in the valley".

Made my own kettle bell circuit workout based on some moves I've found on pinterest. I repeated the circuit three times yesterday, it took thirty minutes. Now I hurt lol. That's a good thing though, no pain no gain. Adding a couple more moves to that circuit on Monday. Granted that I didn't make it to the gym yesterday due to work, and probably won't be making it to the gym Monday due to work I should probably try to go both today and tomorrow. I just don't know if that's feasible. If I do get to go today I will be using the stair stepper machine they have to work my gluteus, short shorts! Tomorrow is a definite for the gym and I will be doing my first couch to 5k program on the indoor track, then all of my strength training. I'm in it to win it!

Unfortunately, life isn't all workouts and weight loss. It's now my least favorite time of the week.... bills. Blah! After I'm done with all of that hoopla I'm going to start working on my menu for the week. Then I will inevitably have to go grocery shopping. Wish me luck, I'm going to need it ;-)

You GO girl! I've been absent from the site for months now (couldn't get in, just figured out what I was doing wrong yesterday (doh) ) And you are doing WONDERFULLY!!! 2014 is going to see you in onederland, no doubt about it! And aren't those kettle bells wonderful? Stick with it, give yourself a day or two between workouts and watch the body changes it will bring about! Happy New Year, Yolanda, 2014 is going to be OUR year! ;)

WAY TO GO, Yo!!! You're kicking a** and taking numbers. I never quite knew what that means, but anyway you're really doing great now. The holidays have a way of derailing us all, but you're back! Congrats on the new low!
