I don't know why for sure but my weight did a major drop. I think it's because I drank so much water for the past 6 months. 2 cups of water immediately when I wake up, then a cup before and after a meal and so forth. I thought I was gaining because I looked so bloated but it was just the water weight. It was annoying to say the least. I am still eating lots of Oats, Carbs, fruits and sometimes vegetables throughout the day. I bake things such as banana bread or an oat cookie with banana whipped in between. I still have lots to practice and I am willing to try even further :)
