I am doing a lot better! I am not up to my number 1 goal just yet but I can do it with enough effort :) I ran today for 3 miles ! Cleaned and cleaned. Tomorrow I will be cleaning for about 5 hours! Whew! lol I can't wait! Looking forward to a tighter and leaner body. I have faith in myself and my future just as long I never lose sight of it, I know I can get to my goal: 120 lbs.
