Did not record food the last few days. Also got a reminder to weigh in. Again, my weight is not moving DOWN -- stuck -- no loss. Frustrating. Need to keep at it. Might try the Garcinia pills again ... not that I thought they did very much. Going to two yoga classes tomorrow, and one of them is a two hour class. Did Curves three x this week, and walked once. No ZUMBA either on Thurs. I am going to go to Zumba on Tues this week. Next weekend I am going to be in D.C. working at Craft show all weekend - not much chance to eat. Will take healthy pita sandwiches.
