Ate a lot of carbs and heavier food this weekend while away in NC. Amazing that my weight was not really up much this morning... Ate only one meal yesterday and that was brunch in NC. Then ate just a little BBQ and two slices of ciabatta in early evening. Back in line today ... and trying to use the steps more at work last week and this week. Back to Curves, Zumba, and Yoga this week.
