Goals

1. Drink more water.

2. Consume less carbs and more protein, but without consuming too much cholesterol.

3. Don't eat after six pm.

4. Work out six days a week. Get that heart rate up!

And between doing that try to keep the family fed, house clean, and study, study, study for class! (Time Management)
