I love carbs! I don't take in a lot of calories each day so the carbs help me feel full. I always eat good carbohydrates but still more than necessary. I decided to try to eat a higher proportion of protein which, I knew would increase my daily fat intake percentage. I decided I'll try to keep my carbs at 60%, the fat needs to stay under 20% and protein can fill in the difference(20%-25%)I know a lot of times, carbs get a bad reputation but I'd pick plenty of them any day over a high intake of fats... I do eat good carbs, of course!
