My weight is unchanged today (I really don't understand how it works) and I'm particularly in the mood for food, so much so that I'll just have a "free" day and let the chips fall. Whatever.
118.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
