Feeling very stressed/anxious. Last week someone backed into my car, we exchanged information and I contacted their insurance company. Later I get a call back that the driver's father is denying they had any involvement, the adjuster said we realize he is lying because how else would you get their policy number, but we need them to confirm the accident. So I've had to get a police report and do numerous phone interviews. It is extremely frustrating to me that I was not at fault and have had to do all this extra stuff because this guy is a liar!!! The damage isn't too bad, but I'm sticking with it because it's the principle of the matter! Ugh! This feels like it was the last straw in a string of stressful events. Yesterday I had very little appetite, cold chills and a racing heart most of the day. I hate anxiety. Did get a good walk in at lunch which helped a bit and planning one today too.

One day at a time and it will work its self out. Horrible to hear that someone's father is teaching bad things to their kids and to lie. Deep breath, keep walking, it will help!

So frustrating! Next time, make sure you contact the police no matter how small the accident (but hopefully there isn't a next time). I agree with aggie, that father is not setting a very good example. I hope they end up paying. Keep up your walking, it will help you de-stress. Good luck!!

That's exactly what I thought, what is this guy teaching his daughter! Hubby said too, should call the cops no matter how small, lesson learned I will definitely do that (hopefully I won't ever have to). Thanks aggie, not only was I able to make myself breakfast, but my son ate with me. Usually he waits until school as he's not hungry first thing in the morning. It was nice having breakfast together! Mars I will keep walking, so glad the weather is nice enough to get it done at lunch!
