I stopped recording my food journal because a friend of mine was in town this week! We went out for every meal, and I decided to just enjoy myself! Pretty soon it's State Fair time! I plan to eat whatever I want at the Fair - including Poutine! When school starts it will be easier to restrict my food and get back on track. I need to enjoy myself now before the fall semester starts - I've got a heavy load this time - new classes, overbooked rooms!
