Workout 61. Day 71 11/12 weeks of Tapout XT. Today's Workout was Plyo XT. Day 8 Ab Challegne: Rest day. I have been super busy with work and home life the pass few days. I Intend to begin my Couch to 5k, Jump rope challenges starting tomorrow. I may can begin the Jump rope challenge tonight. Wish me luck! I have been logging what I eat daily good or bad :-(...This challenge really will hold yourself accountable for what you eat. I have remained steady with my food diary, Tapout XT and ab challenge despite my difficulities this week. I have not had the time to start my other challegnes yet.
