I will write more formally later. Suffice to say I am not feelingmy normal self. Between TOM and being sick I am feeling pretty crummy. Still doing OK on the food front hoping I cna keep to it, I feel so bleh.

Well I guess it worked AmryK I am sipping on some Yogi Chai sans honey (or any sweetener) this one is smooth enough on it's own to drink without. Feels good on my throat, too.

Ah well chalk it up to being whiny and sick I just blew my diet for the day at lunch time (it's inventory and free lunch and they brought Popeyes.... I LOVE Popeyes way too much). And much of the week-end does not look much better. At least I am taking my own lunch during the day tomorrow. Maybe I can make it up during the week this week like I did for last week-end....Hopefully I will feel better soon so I can get some more exersize in to make up for it.

Oh lord, I can't even READ the word Popeye's without gaining a half pound. I could eat there 5 days a week. (and I have before!)

Popeye's!?! But spinach is good for you! LOL I've never been a big fan of Popeye's (there was only one within a 20 mile radius anyway).

LOL Thanks all. Starting to feel better....I was blind sided by the Popeyes but I could have eaten a lot less than I did. I am still full so I am skipping dinner and just hitting lots and lots of water!

Things like that will happen, a Popey's chicken attack or something else. The key is to always get right back on track again and not give up. You are sure to succeed as long as you keep trying. Eventually it gets easier and you will learn ways to deal with those situations. I think you're really doing great, your chart i showing a downward ski slope, looking mighty fine. You should feel proud of yourself, you're losing consistantly. Wish I were.
