I am 16 days into the squat challenge, so today is a rest day. The last 2 days I was able to do all the squats with no problem and little soreness. It is a lot to do though, I've broken them up a bit, usually over about an hour period. Halfway through! I've done 2 days of the onehundredpushup challenge and my back and shoulders are SORE!! Aside from doing these 2 things I haven't really done any other regular workout. I've been too tired to get up in the morning and just too busy at night. Maybe after I get through this weekend, I'll get back into a regular work out routine. Have 3 birthdays Saturday (niece and 2 cousins) and my son's birthday Tuesday. Busy Busy.

Thank goodness for rest days! I started the hundred push-up challenge today. I did my test this morning to see how many I could do. I did 16, and I don't know if I'll ever get to 100, we'll see in 6 weeks. Aren't the summers supposed to be easier? It seems like I'm more busy now than I was the whole time the kids were in school. I hope you get back to your routine after all the birthdays!

16 is awesome. I could only do 8 in my test. I don't know if I'll ever get to 100 either, but doing it will make us stronger!
