Wow! almost 3k calories and I am not even sure I got it all. I was estimating as bets I could because I certainly don't have recipes to figure out more exact portions. No dinner parties are going out for the next few days so at least I can get back on track.

I'm proud of you for being so truthful! It takes a lot of courage. I've had a few 3000 cal days also. Today is almost over...tomorrow is a new day. Hope you had a blast eating/drinking every calorie...b/c I do! LOL ;) Lots of bouncy, bouncy tomorrow!

You'll get back on track! Great job tracking everything, I know it can be embarrassing. I've done it several times, but that's life right?

Yeah I think I got most of it. It is REALLY tough at a buffet style dinner party. Lotsa substitutions and hidden ingredients I am sure.

I do better at home, fixing my own food... so I know what is in it but I don't think the occasional "splurge" will push you over the edge. Getting right back on track is the best way to ensure a great success!!
