Day 22 (Week 4): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST

So wow, starting up week 4 already! I cannot believe it has been almost a month. I am navigating the bumps fairly well to! So as I promised myself, I am not recording my weigh on my chart. It could be an upfluct or a measure of my eating yesterday. I ate, and ate and ate. I tried to record and guesstimate it all but when you are nibbling like that on free range platters it IS hard. On the bright side my damage control plan seems to have worked as I was only up 1lb this morning and I still think I am down the some 3500 calories for the week.

(Edit to note: I hopped back on the scale after my shower (my normal weigh in time and yes I know I am an addict!), and I was holding steady at 254! Amazing how keeping to it well MOST of the time will allow these little flub ups! Also, I have yet to figure out how when my long, I mean long, hair has probably a lb or 2 of water in it, and I weigh less)

I should have walked to make up for it, I didn't. Ah well. Today is a new day and maybe I can fit a walk in between my workshop and the party tonight.

I did not resist that darn old man but I ain't recording it :)

I think it will soon be time to take a peak at my carb counts. Maybe not yet, since I am still losing. I may use reducing my refined carbs more when I hit a plateau. I have a tendency to plateau horribly and it is demotivating to me so I need to have a few weapons in my arsenal when those days come.

(leaving this intact uplfucts just don't count LOL)
Floor Goal: 250 (13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 4 from now.)
Mid-range: Weigh in at 245 for Thanksgiving with my folks, which is 18lbs from the beginning of the challenge and 9 from now. Half way there!!!!
Ceiling goal: Definitely aiming for this one now. I cannot weight! 1 year from now I will be at least 50 - 75lbs lighter How exciting is that! I am actually starting to be able to feel my ultimate goal weight is possible even though I still have a lot of work to do.

1st things first. Get myself to 250, then 245 then the others!
