Finally seeing some downward movement on the scale. My clothes have been feeling a lot looser, but I hadn't seen any movement. So frustrating. But I've been home since Saturday night and it apparently took 3 days of being back on routine to get my body back on track. Hope it doesn't go off kilter again in San Francisco.
