I did it!! I have lost 102 pounds since Dec 28. I have hit my first short term goal!!!! I actually cried when I weighed in at TOPS last night! It really hard for me to comprehend, but I will. I worked out last night for 90 min and yesterday in the a.m for 90 min this morning already. I am going to the gym tonight too. I guess 3 hours a day is what I need to do. I feel like a million dollars already. I am just going to keep going, and taking it one day at a time. At my meeting last night, my daughter sat next to me, and she was so proud to be there. I was proud too, for the first time in a long time!!!
